Parcels can be stored in our Hong Kong warehouse up to 21 days for free of charge. After the free storage period, there will be a storage fee of AU$ 1 per day for each overdue parcel. Any overdue parcel can keep in our warehouse for 30 days at most. After that, the overdue parcel will be discarded without further notice.
