Parcels can be stored in our Hong Kong warehouse up to 21 days free of charge. After the free storage period, there will be a storage fee of AU$ 1 per day for each overdue parcel. Any overdue parcel can be kept in our warehouse for 30 days at most. After that, the overdue parcel will be discarded without further notice.
